• What size is a storage vault?
  All our vaults are the same size, 8 feet high by 7 feet long by 5 feet wide (2.15 x 1.55 x 2.45 mts), providing a footprint of 35 square feet, and 280 cubic feet (8 cubic metres) of space. As a rule of thumb, each of our vaults will hold about a room and a half of furniture and boxes.
• What's the best way to pack a vault?
  See our “packing tips” page, but always load the large items first, and pack the smaller items around them. Ensure everything is well protected with bubble wrap, boxed up, and pack tightly to the ceiling to benefit from the space available.
• How many vaults do I need?
  See our “vault estimator” to calculate the space you may need. The vault estimator will help calculate the space you need, whether you’re delivering to us in your own vehicle, or loading a vault on your doorstep.
• When can I load a vault?
  We will deliver a vault to your door within a one hour time window, you can load the vault in the morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend. You can order as many vaults as you like.
• I have more stuff than I thought; how do I get another vault?
  Just call the storage centre as soon as you realise, and we can arrange the delivery of another vault when we come and collect the first vault.
• Do I need to tell you how long I need to store for?
  We will invoice for the first month’s storage in advance and then continue to invoice in advance on a monthly basis whilst you’re in store. At the end of your storage period we will calculate the number of days due and provide a final invoice or credit.
• Can I access my storage vault whilst in store?
  Because all our vaults are stored in an area that the public can’t access, we ask for 24 hours notice, to give us time to place your storage vault in our access area ready for your visit. We don’t charge for this service.
• I have my own vehicle; can I come to your store?
  Yes, we will place a storage vault or vaults in our access area, and you simply reverse into this area and unload into your vault(s)

ONE: We deliver the storage vault in our secure trailer to your door. We leave the trailer with the vault inside for loading. We supply as many vaults as you need.

TWO: The storage vault is loaded and locked. Your work is finished! You can choose the morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend for pick up.

THREE: We collect your loaded vault and place it in our secure storage centre. There is no charge to access your vault whilst in store. We will return your vault when you've finished storing.
